The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) is pleased to honor individuals and teams who stood out both academically and athletically during the 2019 Cross Country season.
 
All-Academic teams boast a team GPA of 3.0 or higher. To qualify for the USTFCCCA Individual All-Academic award, student-athletes must have compiled a cumulative GPA of 3.25 and finish in the top-30 percent of their respective regional championship meet, among other qualifiers.
 
The Davenport men's and women's teams both earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors. The men finished with a team cumulative GPA of 3.70, which is the third best in the entire country and the women boasted a 3.71 cumulative GPA.
 
Davenport had one student-athlete earn USTFCCCA Individual All-Academic awards. Thomas VanSlembrouck earned the award and is studying marketing.
