Alcohol/Tailgating: At Davenport University, there is a strict no-alcohol policy on all university property.

Baby Changing stations: Baby changing stations are located in the family restrooms located on the main level.

Cameras: Still photography, cell phone photography and small hand-held video cameras are permitted inside the arena.

Children: Children must be monitored at all times and remain within a close distance of the supervising adult(s).

Comments/Concerns: Please fill out a survey near the facility entrance.

Concessions: Food/beverage concessions are located on the upper level near the main arena.

Credit Cards: Credit cards accepted at the ticket sale area and concessions.

Disability or Handicap Accommodations: Special seating sections are located on the concourse on home and visitor sides of the stadium. Handicapped parking (with State of Michigan parking pass) is located near the student center entrance.

Disturbances/Incidents: Please contact the nearest staff member immediately.

Elevators: There is an elevator between the lower and upper levels.

Emergency Contact: Emergencies or suspicious activity should be reported to Davenport Public Safety or game operations staff. In an extreme situation, call 911. The use of the Public Address system for emergencies and other necessary announcements will be reserved for mass announcements.

Emergencies/Evacuation Procedures: In the event of an emergency, event staff, ushers and/or law enforcement personnel are on site to assist spectators and guests.

Foods/Beverages carried into the student center: Coolers or other containers are not permitted inside the student center. Only hip packs, small cases and purses are permitted.

Game Programs: Game programs/ rosters are available at the main ticket area.

Doors Open: Gates will be open approximately 1 hour prior to scheduled start of the event.

Interruptions of Event: When an interruption of any type effects an event, communication will be made in the most efficient manner possible.

Lost and Found: Please drop off or inquire on lost and found items near the student center front desk. Unclaimed items will be removed at the end of the event.

Media and Press: Arrangements are required for all credentials at least three days prior to the event. Contact Ryan Thompson (rthompson62@davenport.edu). Media credentials will be available at the ticket office on the day of the event with specific restrictions of areas to work.

Medical Emergency: Please contact an event staff member for assistance.

Noisemakers: GLIAC rules do not permit artificial noise-makers to be brought into or used in the arena. Anyone found violating this policy is subject to ejection. 

Officials: Avoid disparaging or disrespectful comments or actions directed at game officials.

Parking: On-site parking at the Lettinga Main Campus is available.

Pet/Service-Animals: Animals are not permitted at the entire complex including parking areas. The only exceptions will be inside the student center when service animals are with the handler, the service dog is on a leash, and the handler is in control at all times. Davenport event staff supports guidelines regarding distinguishing service and emotional support animals provided by the Student Life office.

Permitted Items/ Bag Policy: Soft stadium seats, small items and articles of clothing may be carried into the stadium in hip packs, small purses, or other small cases.

  • Thunder sticks
  • Umbrellas
  • Paper or confetti to be thrown is discouraged
  • Any similar items are not permitted
Standards may vary as determined by event staff.

Public Announcements: It is not possible to make personal announcements on the public address system.

Radio Broadcasts: Home broadcast information is available on the Davenport Athletic website (www.dupanthers.com/thedan). Visiting Team broadcast information may be found on the visiting team's website.

Requests or Calls: Any requests related to the event should be made at minimum 48 hours prior to the event. Calls can be made to 616-443-3258 for current information and questions.

Restrooms: Public restrooms are available at multiple locations.

Safety: Your participation at this event and using Davenport University services and resources is voluntary. Attendance is "at your own risk".

Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only in the designated area.

Solicitation/Literature: No soliciting on date of game is permitted. Contact the athletic department for further information in advance of game day.

Student Code: The Student Code defines behavioral norms for students and visitors to Davenport University. Guests that are in violation of the Student Code may be subject to further Judiciary proceedings and may be banned from attending future Davenport athletic events.

Ticket Policies: ONLINE ADVANCE TICKETS are available at E-Tix for all advanced tickets. Tickets will be on sale 1 hour prior to the event start time. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Adults $7
Students $5
Senior Citizens $5 (55 and over with ID)
DU Students No charge with valid student ID presented at the ticket sale area.


Children under the age of 5 are "no charge" when they sit on ticketholders lap and do not require a seat.
Students are anyone the age of 6-17. Visiting team students with valid ID' at the gate are considered students.
Davenport Students must bring and present their valid ID at the ticket sale area to obtain a game admission ticket.

Note: If special conditions exist, Davenport University retains the right to adjust ticket prices for individual games.

Township and local law enforcement: Davenport University is strongly committed to managing events that comply with all local, state and federal rules, ordinances, and laws. Local authorities strictly forbid parking along 68th Avenue, Kraft Avenue, and any adjacent side streets in the vicinity. Authorities may ticket, remove, or impound, and store, any vehicle at the owner's full expense if parked or operated in any area other than a marked parking space at the student center or on any adjacent or nearby roadways. Davenport University supports any action taken by local authorities when local laws and traffic and pedestrian rules are not followed.

Visiting Team Spectators: Inappropriate language or harassment of visiting spectators and players is not acceptable and may result in removal from the event.
