GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Davenport STUNT team once again took to the mats on Sunday hosting Alma College. The two teams faced off a week ago with the Panthers winning 15-14 in overtime at Alma. This one was just as intense with a similar outcome as the Panthers won 15-12 on their home court.

The Scots started strong in Quarter 1 (Partner Stunts) with a 4-2 lead. This is an area that the Panthers have been focused on in practice this past week. They improved but not enough to get the two points against the Scots. 

Pyramids and Tosses, Quarter 2, was a different story. The Panthers made up ground in this quarter, putting up the points and going into halftime tied with the Scots. 

Quarter 3, Jumps and Tumbling, was a great day for the Panthers! Davenport put up all four points and tied with Alma in one routine. 

Quarter 4 was another strength of the Panthers and we finished strong with a 15-12 final score.
