CLERMONT, Fla. – The Panthers will take the field in sunny Clermont, Florida for the third time on Monday for their next elimination game. Davenport will take on Ottawa (Kan.) at 10:00 a.m. EST Monday morning in Game nine of the 2017 NAIA World Series. Ottawa won their first game of the World Series 4-2 over Warner (Fla.) then lost to Columbia (Mo.) 2-1 in eight innings earlier today. Davenport has never competed against Ottawa in softball and both teams need to win in order to advance.
