The Mid-South Conference has announced its All-Conference Team for the 2020 season. Despite the shutdown of the spring season due to COVID-19 pandemic, most of the league's games were played before the stoppage. The Mid-South Conference selected 15 student-athletes and Davenport had two chosen to the list.

Junior prop Jaylin Steedman (Byron, Mich./Linden H.S.) and sophomore fullback Mathew De Villiers (Cape Town, South Africa) had fantastic seasons for the Panthers and were praised by head coach Lance Hohaia.

"Jaylin has been an ever present member of the front row at DU and this season has been his best," said Hohaia. "He's been rock solid in scrums and damaging in attack. He has become a very important member of the team. He thoroughly deserves his selection and we look forward to seeing his continued growth next season."

"Mat has quickly found a home as chief orchestrator," said Hohaia. "Mat has a great rugby brain and his skill and nous have been crucial to the success of the team in the past two seasons."
