HOW IT HAPPENED
Davenport found themselves in unfamiliar territory as they were down 2-1 early in the game. The Panthers quickly erased that deficit and the Grey Wolves would go goal for goal with DU for the opening five minutes. With 14:29 remaining in the first half the score was tied 6-6 after back to back Lourdes goals. Over the next 14 and a half minutes the Panthers out scored Lourdes 5-1 to take a 11-7 lead at half time. In the first half Knoll had five goals to lead all scorers.

The Panthers amped it up in the second period and scored eight un-answered goals. Davenport held the Grey Wolves to only one goal during 30 minutes of play. Knoll accounted for half of the goals in the second period and currently has 49 goals on the season. The other four goals of the period were either scored by Lemcke or Taylor Ries.

Pluger, after scoring her two goals during this game, now has 100 career goals. She just recently went over the 200-point career milestone as well.
