GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Davenport women's basketball team welcomed No. 22 Olivet Nazarene to the DU Student Center on Tuesday night in what turned into a track meet. The Tigers feature the top scoring offense in NAIA Division II (107 points per game) and keep pressure on the ball for a full 40 minutes. The seventh-ranked Panthers (11-1) beat them at their own game in this one with a 121-88 win in non-conference action. The Panthers put up gaudy numbers and set school record for field goals (54), rebounds (79) and blocked shots (14) en route to the victory.

Davenport had their third highest scoring game in school history and shot 54 percent going 54-of-100 from the floor. The team defense by DU was also very good as ONU scored 29 points under their season average and shot just 31.1 percent from the floor (33-of-106).
