Madison, Wis. native, Trevor Sisson, joined Justin Vasquez's staff as the head diving coach prior to the 2020-21 season. Previously, Sisson made coaching stops at his alma mater, Monona Grove High School, and Edgewood High School, both of which are in Madison, as well as the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (DIII). Sisson coached a three-time WIAA Division II state champion and multiple state qualifiers at the high school level. While coaching at UWW, Sisson mentored several WISCA finalists as well as a four-time NCAA national qualifier and All-American.
Sisson dove collegiately at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he was named the Horizon League Diver of the Week multiple times as well as the team's Diver of the Year.
