Andy Dauser entered his time as an assistant coach for the women's rugby program in the summer of 2020. He is the president of the Michigan Youth Rugby Association and has served as head coach for the Rockford High School girls and boys rugby team. In 2018, the co-op team of Rockford-Sparta captured the girls state championship. In 2019, the girls were runner-up for the state championship. Dauser was also selected for a Premiership Rugby Scholarship as one of 30 nationwide coaches to travel to England to grow the game in the United States.
Off the pitch, Dauser is a State Certified Residential Appraiser for Michigan Home Appraisal.
