Davenport University Athletics

Matt Sekosan is in his fourth season on the bench for the men's Division I hockey team at Davenport.

Sekosan grew up in Sterling Heights, Michigan playing for a number of local minor hockey organizations. After attending Sterling Heights High School, Matt moved on to play junior hockey and eventually collegiality at Davenport University.

While at Davenport, Matt was a member of the 2011 D1 National Championship team while also earning his Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Sport Management, graduating with honors in 2012. Upon the completion of his college playing career, Matt continued his education earning an MBA from Davenport University in 2014 with an emphasis in Strategic Management.

Matt will oversee the video coaching and equipment for the Panthers under head coach Phil Sweeney.
