DU Highlights: In 2020, named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...ran a time of 2:29.87 in the 800 meters during the GLIAC Indoor Championships...placed eighth in the distance medley relay with a time of 13:20.30...placed fourth in the 400 meters at the GVSU Tune Up with a personal best of 1:01.60...placed third in the 600 meters at the Grand Rapids Sports Hall of Fame Classic (1:48.97)...took first in the 600 meters with a personal best of 1:40.86 at the SVSU Holiday Open.

High School: Prepped at East Kentwood under coach Stephanie Stephenson...set a personal best in the 400 meters (1:01) and 800 meters (2:19)...received All-Academic honors all four years...named the Most Valuable Freshman in 2015...won the MITCA Team State meet in 2017.

Personal: Daughter of Julie and Steve Stapleton...majoring in sport management...favorite movie is The Longest Ride...born on February 16.
