DU Highlights: Ran a personal best of 23.62 seconds in the 200 meters at the GVSU Bill Clinger Open...ran a personal best of 51.39 in the 400 meters at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open.

High School: Prepped at Manistee High School under coach Eric Thummel...personal bests of 51.3 seconds in the 400 meter...4x400 meter split of 50.1 seconds...all-state in the 400 meter and 4x400 meter relay.

Personal: Son of Mark and Karen Sandstedt...majoring in sport management...favorite movie is Step Brothers...born on August 22.
