In 2019, ran the 800 meter in 2:01.86 at the GVSU Tune-Up...ran the 1,500 meter in 4:08.86 at the Davenport Tune Up...ran the mile in 4:38.24 at the GVSU Big Meet Saturday...ran the 3,000 meter in 10:21.63 at the GVSU Al Owens Classic...ran the DMR in 10:56.44 at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...fnished 13th in the mile at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...finished sixth in the DMR at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...finished 17th in the 1,500 meter at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships.

High School: Prepped at Kent City High School under coach Jeff Wilson...ran a personal best of 2:01 in the 800 meters, 4:28 in the mile, 9:56 in the 3,200 meters and 16:35 in the 5K...named Academic All-State twice in track and field...named All-State in track and field as a senior...named All-Conference four times in track and field.
