High School: Prepped at Berlin Central (N.Y.) under coach Jen Burhans...threw a best of 122' 2" in the discus and 34' 6" in the shot put...set school records in both of those events...named all-state for three years...team was third in New York state as a junior.

Personal: Majoring in medical case management...daughter of Heather Ann Ryder Chmura...born on August 29...favorite movie is Dirty Dancing.
