Courtney Holm joined head coach Amber Bowman's coaching staff prior to the 2020 season, Bowman's first at the helm of Davenport University softball.
Eads, a native of Crown Point, Ind. began her collegiate playing career at South Suburban College in South Holland, Ill. In her two seasons with the Bulldogs, the outfielder hit .421 and .463. Eads then transferred to Purdue Fort Wayne where she played under Bowman and appeared in a total of 83 games in two seasons with 53 starts. The right-hander registered two or more hits in a game five times as a senior. Courtney graduated from IPFW with a bachelor's degree in general studies while minoring in both communication and sociology.
Courtney is also enrolled in Davenport's master's of management program and is expected to graduate by the end of 2021.
