Dustin Steedman served as interim head coach for the Panthers during the 2020-21 season. He has been working with the men's rugby program since April 2017. He also is the CEO of DL Search Group based out of Fenton, Mich. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from Baker College. He is also an assistant JV football coach at Linden High School since 2014.
