Parents: Amy and Brian Sandberg

Major: Legal Studies

Junior: Sandberg spent the last two seasons playing Tier III Junior in Toledo, where Sandberg was a captain with the Cherokee. He scored 78 points in 90 games between the North American Tier III Hockey League and US Premier Hockey League.

DU Highlights: In his freshman season in 2019-20, Sandberg led all rookies in scoring and finished tied for fourth on the team in points (31), scoring 14 goals and 17 assists in 31 games.
