DU Highlights: In 2020, placed second in the high jump at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (5' 5.25")...finished fifth in the pentathlon with 2,974 points...set a personal best of 26.67 seconds in the 200 meters and placed second at the Grand Rapids Sports Hall of Fame Classic...also set a personal best in the long jump (16' 1.75") and finished seventh at the same meet.

High School: Prepped at Hilliard Darby High School under coach Don Seymour...was two-time MVP of her track team...three-time captain...holds the indoor high jump record of 5'5"...4x200 meter record of 1:41.58...OCC 100 meter champion...three-time OCC high jump champion...two-time district high jump champion...two-time all-conference and all-district in 2017...all-conference in 2018...all-conference, all-district, and all-state in 2019...four-time OCC Champions as a team...2019 District Champions.

Personal: Daughter of Lisa and Larry Rispress...majoring in sport management...favorite movie is Captain America: Civil War...born on December 20.
