CHICAGO, Ill. – The Panthers took on Saint Xavier College Saturday afternoon in a non-conference matchup with the Cougars. The Panthers continued their impressive offensive play as they tallied 16 shots with 10 on goal. The Panthers saw their continued offensive push pay off in the 79^th minute as Alayna Hilgendorf scored from Nea-Stina Liljedahl.
The Cougars were held scoreless as Tara Gessler posted her second-straight shut out with a seven-save performance. This victory advances the overall record for the Panthers to 2-2-1 in 2015.
