ADRIAN, Mich. - Davenport got back on the winning track on Saturday afternoon as they raced out to an 11-1 lead at halftime and cruised to a 20-7 win over Siena Heights.
Taylor Balch led the way with six goals as Davenport improves to 6-5 on the year. The Panthers will return to action on Wednesday, April 4 when they host Olivet College.
After falling to rival Aquinas College earlier this week, the Lady Panther lacrosse team dominated Siena Heights from the very beginning and cruised to the 13 goal win.
Lexi Kruse got the scoring started in the opening minute and SHU countered with their first but it was all DU from there on.

Taylor Balch each accounted for a pair of goals in the first half as DU led 11-1 after 30 minutes of play. After SHU scored the first three of the second half, it turned in favor of the visiting Panthers once again as they posted a 7-0 run with goals from five different players.
Amanda Prins picked up the win in net for Davenport as the sophomore improves to 6-5 on the year.
DU will host Olivet College on Wednesday and Alma College on Saturday. Both games will be available on live video/audio via the Davenport Athletics Network.
