INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - One late goal scored by their opponent hurt the Lady Panthers chances of moving to 2-0-0 on the year as St. Francis scored with only 15 minutes remaining to escape with a 1-1 draw against DU. The team will look to rebound on Sunday when they take on Cardinal Sritch in Indy.

The windy conditions and cool temperatures then hurt each team's offensive firepower as neither really threatened as the score remained 1-0 at halftime.
Both sides created opportunities early in the second half but the keeper's were up to the task with DU still holding on to the slim 1-0 advantage. St. Francis finally broke the scoring drought with only 14:15 to play in the game as they tied the score at 1-1.
Neither team could get anything more going on offense as the game would wind up ending in a 1-1 draw.
The tie is the first of the season for DU as they fall to 1-0-1. The Lady Panthers will look to rebound when they stay in Indianapolis for a matchup with Cardinal Stritch on Sunday afternoon.
