Wolves Top Panthers in WHAC opener

The Panthers volleyball team got off to a great start to their 2nd season in the WHAC, but unfortunately that start only allowed them to win game one as U-M Dearborn rebounded to take the last three games and down Davenport 3-1 (23-30, 30, 17, 30, 21, 30-26).
The Panthers started the match strong but the home team rallied to easily take games two and three. Game four was back and forth and with Davenport trailing 26-28, the Panthers could not avoid making two crucial mistakes as the Wolves took the match. Davenport falls to 4-11 on the year and will travel to Taylor University (IN) this weekend for the Trojan Invite.
