Panthers Regain Momentum With 5-1 Victory
The last five games have not been kind for the Panthers Men's Soccer team as they have dropped four of them, but Saturday afternoon they regained some momentum as they wind down the regular season as they defeated Concordia 5-1. The win lifts DU to 9-4-1 overall and 7-4. The win also secures at least a playoff berth for the WHAC Championships which will come after the regular season.
Lewis Robinson provided a huge lift offensively for the Panthers as he posted two goals on the day. He was joined in scoring by Tony Deakin, Efrain Hernandez and David Wood. DU will travel to Aquinas College next Saturday for their final WHAC game and will then host Taylor University to round out the regular season.
